ข้อควรทราบ

  1. Students can check their profile online at any time by using the authorized password.

  2. Students should check both their Thai and English names to make sure that they are correctly spelt, since the Office of the Registrar will print their names according to what appears on their record when students request any official document.

  3. Students can make any correction to their present address and their contact address in case of emergency online by themselves. However, to change other information, students have to file a request at the Office along with required evidence.

  4. Students should check their profile at the website under the menu "Personal Information". If there are any mistakes,students have to file a request for information correction before graduation. If they are no longer students, they are not entitled to file a request for any correction.

  1. If the national ID number is not the same as that in the Office's database, student have to contact the Admission Section, the Office of the Registrar, tel. 02-2180006-7 and submit a copy of their national ID card.

  2. Students' recorded data will be erased if they are not qualified to study at the university.
