The Office of the Registrar can arrange to have to documents requested sent to an individual or to agencies within Thailand and abroad. The following procedures should be taken:|

- Obtain a CR42/2 (Application for mailing services) from the Office of the Registrar or download from http://www.reg.chula.ac.th
- Submit the CR 42/2 together with the CR 42 or CR 42/1 (Application for certificates) with the payment of fees at the Office of the Registrar.
- The documents will be mailed as instructed, 5 working days after the request was submitted.
