Postal Deliveries
    The Office of the Registrar can arrange to have to documents requested sent to an individual or to agencies within Thailand and abroad. The following procedures should be taken:

  1. Obtain a CR42/2 (Application for mailing services) from the Office of the Registrar or download from http://www.reg.chula.ac.th
  2. Submit the CR 42/2 together with the CR 42 or CR 42/1 (Application for certificates) with the payment of fees at the Office of the Registrar.
  3. The documents will be mailed as instructed, 5 working days after the request was submitted.
