Request for resumption of student status     Students who have lost their status as students according to Chulalongkorn University Regulations regarding Undergraduate Level Education, B.E. 2540 number 16.3 or Chulalongkorn University Regulations regarding Graduate Level Education, B.E. 2542 number 32.13 for reasons of failure to register for courses or failure to maintain their student status within the first two weeks of the semester may request that their status be restored. The following procedures should be under taken: Obtain a CR41 form from the Faculty Registrar’s Office. Submit the CR41 furnished with documents explaining their reasons to the Faculty Registrar’s Office. Contact the Office of the Registrar for results.
