After the University Council has approved your graduation (check the Council’s approval date at  “Graduate Status Inquiry” menu), you can come pick up academic documents as specified below after the University Council’s approval date within 60 days.

The documents will be available free of charge for 60 days (after the University Council’s approval date). If you do not come pick up the documents within 60 days, you will have to request for the documents and pay the fees.

Available Academic Documents

All graduates of all level, programs, and faculty will receive the following documents:

  • Transcript (CR25): 1 copy in Thai, and 1 copy in English
  • Certificate of Academic Achievement (CR26): 1 copy in both Thai and English (bilingual)

How to Pick-Up Documents

  • Pick up by one’s self/Walk-In: present your student card, identification card, or passport at the Office of the Registrar
  • Authorize a third party to pick-up on your behalf: the owner of the document (the student or the graduate) complete the authorization form. Both parties should sign their name on the form. The third party picking up the document must bring the authorization form and copies of both parties’ identification documents to the Office of the Registrar to pick up the documents. The third party must present their ORIGINAL identification card (or student card, or passport).
