Students who have paid tuition fee for any semester or summer session may request for refund in the following cases:

Refunding Process

  1. Complete Request Form for Refund (CR45).
  2. Prepare supplementary documents:
    • CR45
    • Fee Receipt (original)
    • A copy of your student card
    • A copy of your ID card / Passport
    • A copy of your bank book with your name and account number. The bank account receiving the refund must only be under your name.
  3. Submit the form and supplementary documents to the Office of the Registrar at saraban_reg@chula.ac.th.
  4. After the request has been approved, the Office of Fiscal Management, Accounts, and Supplies (OFAS) of Chulalongkorn University will proceed the refunding process within 1 month. You can follow up your request at OFAS Chamchuri 5 Building 3rd Floor, Tel 02-218-0084, 02-218-0386, 02-218-0339.
