Procedures for Credit Transfer

Procedures for students who wished to study at other institutes within Thailand or abroad and have registered credits transferred back to Chulalongkorn University are as follows. These procedures should be completed before the semester of the study at another institute. You must also have received approval to study at other institutes.

Studying Abroad

  1. Proceed with Request for Study Abroad and Transferal of Credits at the Faculty
  2. Pay tuition fee via CUNEX Application.
  3. Resume your study at Chulalongkorn University for at least one semester before graduation.

Studying at Another Institute in Thailand

  • If students would like to register for some courses at other institutes along with registering at Chulalongkorn University, you will have to:
    1. Proceed with the request to register for some courses at another institute.
    2. Register for Chulalongkorn University courses.
    3. Academic Results can be inquired at the Faculty.
  • If you are registering for some courses at another institute for the entire semester, follow the same procedures with “Studying Abroad”.
